At Pacific Care Nursing Center, we offer a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech and swallowing therapy. Our rehabilitation programs combine advanced techniques with individualized care to help patients achieve their highest level of recovery and return to everyday activities as quickly as possible.

In addition to rehabilitation services, we provide 24-hour licensed skilled nursing care to meet a wide range of medical needs. Our nursing services include IV therapy, tube feeding, specialized wound care, diabetic care, pain management, restorative nursing programs, and both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Pacific Care Nursing Center also offers a specialized Subacute Unit designed to support patients requiring more complex medical care. Our Subacute services include 24/7 in-house respiratory therapists, respiratory therapy, ventilator care, tracheostomy care, and respiratory weaning programs when appropriate. This specialized level of care allows us to support patients with advanced respiratory and medical needs in a safe and professional setting.
